Mass searches and detentions of supporters of the Strong Armenia party have been taking place in Stepanavan since early morning. This was reported by Andranik Gevorgyan, a member of the faction.

“The authorities’ actions are extremely predictable, but what is happening has now gone beyond reason: yesterday’s demonstration of ‘democracy’ and today’s flagrant violations of the law are clear proof of that,” he said.
