Russia is ready to help resolve the Iran crisis, Vladimir Putin, president of Russia, said at a meeting with Steve Witkoff, special envoy of the US president.
On Wednesday, Putin is receiving Witkoff in St. Petersburg, with talks taking place at Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna.

“You know that we have a special relationship of trust with Iran, with our partners in Iran, because it has developed over decades. And if we can do anything at all to help settle this crisis, we will gladly do so,” Putin said.
