Artsakh MFA: Artsakh regularly sends proposals through peacekeepers, but Azerbaijan does not respond

Yesterday, Azerbaijan carried out another provocation by sending “humanitarian” aid, Artsakh Foreign Minister Sergey Ghazaryan told journalists in Kornidzor, emphasizing that Baku actually accepted that there is a humanitarian crisis.

The Artsakh official said that they received many assurances from Baku, which have not yet come true. He also emphasized that Artsakh regularly sends proposals for meetings through Russian peacekeepers, but the Azerbaijani side simply does not respond.
