Witkoff announces dates for Ukraine talks in UAE

Russia and Ukraine will hold talks in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11, Steve Witkoff, the US president’s special envoy, wrote on X.

“The United States will mediate the working-level talks… They will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian efforts and further steps toward peace,” he said.

The US hopes to build on the progress made at the meetings in Kyiv, Oslo and St. Petersburg, Witkoff noted.
