Artsakh will never be a part of Azerbaijan: sit-in of French Armenians in front of the Azerbaijani embassy in Paris

On the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Artsakh, a group of French Armenians held a sit-in in front of the Azerbaijani embassy, blocking Avenue d’Iéna, one of the central avenues of Paris.

The Paris police opened the street with the use of force, but the protesters were satisfied with their initiative, believing that they were doing everything they could to prevent Azerbaijan from promoting its anti-Armenian policy.

“We must not let the Turks kill us again. Artsakh is ours and it must remain Armenian. No matter what the Armenian government decides, we will stay by Artsakh’s side. This is our main goal. And with our protests and rallies, we must show the whole world that Artsakh is Armenian,” said Nzhdeh Karakavoryan, chairman of the ARF “New Generation” Youth Union.
