France MFA comments on delivery of goods to Artsakh via Lachin and Aghdam

The delivery of humanitarian aid via Lachin and Aghdam should be the first step towards unhindered access of humanitarian supplies to Nagorno-Karabakh, French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna wrote on her X account.

“Two humanitarian convoys arrived in Nagorno-Karabakh through the checkpoints of Lachin and Aghdam. This should be the first step towards unconditional and unhindered humanitarian access in accordance with international law and the decision of the International Court of Justice of the United Nations.”
