Artsakh Info Center: Citizens wishing to move to Armenia will be provided with free fuel

Citizens wishing to move to Armenia will be provided with free fuel today from 2:00 PM at five gas stations in Stepanakert, the Artsakh Info Center reports.

“We urge you to refrain from acts of aggression and indiscipline, and to remain faithful to the inherent law-abiding nature of Artsakh people,” the statement reads.
