Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan and David Ishkhanyan arrested for fourth months

Azerbaijan arrested the former presidents of the Artsakh Republic Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, as well as the speaker of the parliament David Ishkhanyan for four months.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan reports that they have been charged under various articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
