Pashinyan not to attend CIS summit in Bishkek

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a phone conversation with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov that he would not be able to take part in the CIS summit in Bishkek, the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan reported.

Earlier, the Armenian Foreign Ministry issued a statement that Ararat Mirzoyan would not participate in the meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Bishkek.
The Deputy Foreign Minister will reportedly attend the meeting instead of Mirzoyan.
