The abstract artist from Moscow, Ruben Apresyan, presented his paintings at the Tapan Museum. The artist has been painting since 1980.
Apresyan’s works are closely connected with Armenia, despite the fact that the artist was born in Moscow. His paintings are imbued with impressions of nature, architecture, and the ancient culture of Armenia.
The opening date of the exhibition coincided with the artist’s birthday. On such an important day, Ruben personally received congratulations from Archbishop Ezras Nersisyan.
Artists, sculptors, and other creative minds gathered in the white hall of the museum.
In an interview with Alpha News, the artist stated that he considers his works meditative since one can look at them for a long time.
The artist presented his works “Armenia” and “Composition with Cross Number 3” to the Tapan Museum.
The museum also features two sculptures of Ruben Apresyan’s father, Leonid Apresyan.
