Akhalkalaki athletes return from WKC Karate Open with victories

On October 5, the Georgian city of Kaspi hosted the WKC Karate Open Championship among boys aged 6-17.

14 Akhalkalaki athletes from the local sports school took part in the competition under the guidance of Sargis Margaryan. The Akhalkalaki team won 8 prizes, including 4 first places, 1 second, and 3 third places.

The points awarded during the competition may help the athletes make it into the Georgian national team.
