Robert Margaryan: ANCA-endorsed candidates succeeded

Speaking with Alpha News, political scientist Robert Margaryan said that one should not expect a 100 percent result in any election.
“The success in the elections on March 5 was not 100 percent. You cannot expect such results in any election. Those candidates who were endorsed by the ANCA succeeded. The ANCA expressed its support throughout Los Angeles and Glendale. If we look at the elections at the Los Angeles level, then the ANCA in the Western United States endorsed 13 candidates, 9 of whom achieved success and took key positions. For example, Adam Schiff achieved great success as a pro-Armenian figure,” Robert Margaryan said.
According to the political scientist, it is necessary to achieve success in the upcoming elections in November.
“The Armenian National Committee of Glendale endorsed 7 candidates, 5 of whom were elected. Overall, we achieved a good result of 66 percent. In many constituencies, Armenians did not vote, there were mostly Americans, and, taking this factor into account, we achieved quite good success. We will wait for the November elections to see the final candidates,” the political scientist concluded.
