Renowned pianist Lilit Grigoryan to perform in China

Pianist Lilit Grigoryan went on her first tour around China. She has already successfully performed in various cities in the south of the country and will give three more recitals on August 9, 10, and 11.

“Trying quickly the piano before the tuner‘s arrival, in Shaoxing‘s Theater for my first recital of the China Tour,” she said on Facebook.

Lilit Grigoryan started playing the piano at the age of 7. Her professor at the Spendiaryan Music School was Arkuhi Harutyunyan. Then she graduated from the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory. She was a student of Sergey Sarajyan. At the age of 18, she left for Germany to continue her studies at the Rostock University of Music and Drama, from which she graduated with high honors. Then Grigoryan graduated from the Queen Elizabeth Music Chapel in Belgium. She is a prize winner in many international competitions and performs at the world’s most famous concert venues.
