Hayk Hekekyan to perform under No. 5 at Eurovision Young Musicians in Norway

Hayk Hekekyan will perform Auguste Lebrun’s Oboe Concerto No. 1 under the 5th number at the Eurovision Young Musicians.

The winner of the contest will be selected by a vote of the jury, chaired by Norwegian conductor Tabitha Berglund. The jury also includes Armenian pianist Marianna Shirinyan, clarinetist Andreas Sundén from Sweden, and Austrian percussionist Martin Grubinger.

All contestants will perform with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra under the direction of Eivind Odland.

The contest will take place on August 17.
