Concert in Moscow to feature Komitas and Anania Shirakatsi music 

On October 30, the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Moscow will host a concert entitled ‘The Breath of Eternity: Organ, harp, duduk’. The harp, organ, and Armenian duduk are the most ancient musical instruments. 

Hovhannes Ghazaryan, head of the Moscow Duduk School, will play duduk at the concert. The concert’s program includes Anania Shirakatsi, Komitas, Daniel Ghazaryan, Joaquín Rodrigo, Georg Böhm, George Frideric Handel, Johann Sebastian Bach, and others.
