About 1,100 trucks waiting to pass through Upper Lars checkpoint

As of November 25, about 1,100 trucks are waiting to pass through the Russian-Georgian border at the Upper Lars checkpoint in North Ossetia, Deputy Prime Minister of North Ossetia Irbek Tomayev said at a government meeting.
According to Tomayev, 1,100 trucks were registered in the electronic queue. He added that traffic on the Georgian Military Highway is open for all types of vehicles, and customs and border services are working in normal mode.
The Georgian Military Highway is the only road through to cross the border between Russia and Georgia, as well as Armenia.
