Alberto Fernández: Azerbaijan endangers the lives of Armenians by cutting off the Lachin corridor and making an entire nation an orphan

On September 12, President of Argentina Alberto Fernández once again condemned the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan during the conference on UN Peacekeeping Operations in Buenos Aires.

“Last year, the focus of our attention was Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. But violence is spreading in many other places. In my first speech at the G20, I mentioned the violence that Armenians are being subjected to as a result of Azerbaijan’s actions, which threaten the lives of most of these people by cutting off the Lachin corridor and making an entire nation an orphan. And yet, there is no response to all this. There is only silence,” Fernández said.
