Aliyev hopes negotiation process with Armenia will be finalized with peace treaty 

At a meeting with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Ilham Aliyev said that the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan would hopefully end with the signing of a peace agreement.

“I hope that the negotiation process between Baku and Yerevan will end with the signing of a peace agreement and revolutionize the difficult and dark page of history,” Aliyev said.
