Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting with a delegation of the Turkish parliament that Armenia is not interested in a peace agreement.
“Armenia is deliberately stalling the process, buying new arms from France, Western countries, and other parties, and conducting military exercises with third countries on its territory,” he said.
He reiterated the demand to change the Armenian Constitution, saying:
“The territorial demands enshrined in the Armenian Constitution against Azerbaijan must be removed and the Constitution must be changed.”
According to him, if the conflict is over and the Armenian Prime Minister declares support for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, there is no need for the existence of the Minsk Group, which has already lost its relevance.
“The OSCE Minsk Group and related institutions that have already lost their relevance should be completely dissolved,” he said.
