Aliyev’s aide says significant progress made in peace treaty text

Significant progress has been achieved with regard to the text of the peace treaty, said Hikmet Hajiyev, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.

“However, there are still a few pending issues,” he told the Berliner Zeitung.
