Alpha News Survey: We feel the economic “growth” in our pockets – product prices have increased

According to official statistics, economic growth has been recorded in Armenia. Alpha News has conducted a survey in Yerevan to find out whether our compatriots feel the growth of the economy in their lives. Most of the respondents do not feel this increase, they only state that everything, including house rental prices, has become more expensive.

“What should a retired person feel? 3000 drams were added. Was that the economic growth?” one of the citizens said.

“I don’t agree that the economy is growing”, “I don’t really feel it”, “We feel the economic growth in our pockets, product prices have increased”, “It’s elections, who should I choose? They’d better go to Lachin and protect the children so that they don’t starve,” the respondents told Alpha News.
