Ambassador Decottignies: The right of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians to return is being violated today

The right of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians to return is being violated today, Ambassador of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies said on X.

“On the road to Stepanakert, which is now closed. 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh have been forced to flee their homes after a nine-month blockade and Azerbaijan’s brutal attack. Their right to return, recognized by the UN International Court of Justice, is being violated today,” the Ambassador said.
