Amelia Matevosyan among winners of Open Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup in Moscow
The Open Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship “Evgenia” for the prizes of a member of the Russian national team and five-time world champion Evgenia Levanova was held on November 12 in Moscow, Russia.
More than 200 gymnasts from Russia and CIS countries took part in the championship, with Armenia being represented by the Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation.
Amelia Matevosyan, 8, was among the winners. The young gymnast won two medals for 1st place.
The Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation of Armenia was represented by other athletes who, in total, secured 12 medals for 1st place, 4 medals for 2nd, and 3 medals for 3rd.
