Andre Agassi receives Serving Up Dreams Award

World-renowned tennis player of Armenian descent, Andre Agassi, was the guest of honor at the opening ceremony of the 2025 US Open.

During the annual Opening Night Gala, the eight-time Grand Slam champion was presented with the Serving Up Dreams Award, which honors individuals who have made a significant impact on youth development through tennis, education, and life skills.

Organizers highlighted Agassi’s substantial contributions to education, noting that his Andre Agassi Foundation for Education has helped raise over $180 million for programs supporting children from underprivileged backgrounds.
