Antwerp Armenian Community launches fundraising campaign to purchase St. Grigor Narekatsi Church

The large Armenian community of Antwerp has launched an initiative that could mark a new chapter in preserving Armenian identity in the Diaspora. The Antwerp Armenian community wants to purchase the St. Grigor Narekatsi (St. Gregory of Narek) Church, which has been temporarily provided for worship services.

The purchase of the church is now seen not only as an acquisition of territory or property but also as a clear sign of spiritual, cultural, and national unity.
