Apartment prices in Yerevan increased by 13.7% year-over-year

Prices for apartments in Yerevan increased by 13.7% in October year-over-year, Hayk Avetisyan, Head of the Monetary Policy Department of the Central Bank of Armenia, told reporters on Tuesday.
According to Avetisyan, over the month, apartment prices in Yerevan increased by 2.7%.
“In October of this year, transactions increased by 15% compared to September and by 18.8% compared to October 2022. Both demand and supply are growing,” he added.
