The march, with the demand to stop the delimitation process, continues. Yesterday, the marchers, led by the Primate of the Tavush Diocese, Bagrat Srbazan, moved from Solak village in the Kotayk region to the town of Charentsavan.
The Alpha News team covered the march on the spot and talked with citizens about the goals of their struggle.
A member of the Sons’ Call NGO, Ara Rostomyan, the father of Hakob Rostomyan, who died in the 44-day war, says that we need the tricolor to win over the black and white.
“We have to ensure that the tricolor wins over the black and white. We will do everything to restore the truth. As the father of a fallen soldier, I have always said and will say again that our sons were killed by the current government. We stand up today for our sons, to save our country,” he says.
Rostomyan is sure that the actions of the current government bring forward the problem of living without dignity.
“Our country is getting smaller day by day as we make painful concessions. This is not delimitation, but a problem of living without dignity, and this problem is brought forward by the current government. Our boys lived a decent life; we continue their work,” Ara Rostomyan says.
