Arbitration and mediation system will increase confidence in business investments in Armenia – Zaven Sinanian

 
On September 4, Yerevan will host the second International Arbitration Conference, which seeks to bring together leading experts in the arbitration field such as lawyers, scientists, business people, and other stakeholders to discuss international arbitration experience and prospects, analyze opportunities and challenges in developing countries. The conference will explore the potential and impact of technological advances on the future of arbitration.
 
The US-based Armenian Bar Association is actively involved in the implementation of the arbitration and mediation system in Armenia. Its founding member, former LA Country Judge Zaven Sinanian spoke in an interview with Alpha News about the practice of alternative solutions to legal disputes as well as the need and importance of the system for Armenia.
