Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan appeals to ECHR

Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan, through his lawyers, filed a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), stating about violations of his rights guaranteed under the European Convention on Human Rights.
The complaint outlines facts and arguments concerning the unlawful arrest of the Archbishop (Article 5), violation of freedom of expression (Article 10), as well as deprivation of liberty and criminal prosecution for political purposes (Article 18).
