Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan’s legal team releases statement on Pashinyan’s post

Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan’s legal team issued a statement regarding today’s post by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Facebook.

“We regard Pashinyan’s statement as an order or instruction to the prosecutor’s office and investigative body to conduct procedural actions (search or arrest) at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin,” the lawyers’ statement reads.

Since early this morning, Prime Minister Pashinyan has again posted accusations and threats online targeting the Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II.
