Arkadi Ghukasyan sentenced to 20 years in prison

Although Arkadi Ghukasyan was charged with crimes punishable by life imprisonment, and although these charges were proven during the trial, by the time the final verdict was delivered he had reached the age of 65. Under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he cannot be sentenced to life imprisonment.
