Armais Kamalov: The RA authorities violate the principles of interstate relations between Armenia and Russia

Ratification of the Rome Statute by the Armenian parliamentarians is an extremely unfriendly step, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Armais Kamalov said.

“The Russian side of the Expert Council of the Russian-Armenian Interparliamentary Commission joins the statement of Yuri Vorobyov regarding the ratification by the Armenian Parliament of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. This step on the part of the Armenian parliamentarians is extremely unfriendly, to say the least.

With this decision, the current government violates the principles of interstate relations between Armenia and Russia. We are confident that no one and nothing will be able to destroy the friendship between our peoples, whose history has been inextricably linked for many centuries,” Kamalov said.
