Arman Avanesyan advances to finals at World Sambo Cup in Yerevan

Armenia’s Arman Avanesyan (98 kg) reached the finals in combat sambo at the World Cup in Yerevan.

Avanesyan defeated Russia’s Magomed Magomedov (6-1) and Ukraine’s Nazar Shipka (10-0). He will face Uzbekistan’s Ozodbek Murodov in the finals.

Today will be the only final with the participation of Armenian sambo wrestlers at the World Cup.
