Armen Grigoryan not to attend meeting of CIS Security Council Secretaries

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan will not attend the upcoming meeting of Secretaries of the CIS Security Council, spokesperson Tatevik Petrosyan told Armenpress.

The meeting is scheduled to take place on November 8 in Moscow.
