In Doha, Armenian and Azerbaijani representatives gave an exclusive joint interview to Euronews, highlighting the completion of the peace process that began in 2020, supported by the European Union and culminating with the historic peace agreement between Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan secured by US President Donald Trump.

Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the president of Azerbaijan, and Armen Grigoryan, secretary of Security Council of Armenia, declared that the conflict is over, peace has been established, and the countries are moving toward joint economic development of the region.

At the center of discussions is the “Trump Route” (TRIPP) project, which could reshape the transport map of Eurasia and strengthen economic cooperation.
