Armenia and Turkey confirm previously agreed steps – MFA

Special representatives for the normalization process between Armenia and Turkey—Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan and Ambassador Serdar Kılıç—held their sixth meeting in Yerevan, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.

During the negotiations, both sides reaffirmed previously agreed and developed issues aimed at advancing the full normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations. In this context, they exchanged views on implementing the agreement regarding border crossing arrangements, which was reached during their meeting on July 1, 2022. The representatives agreed to accelerate this process, the statement reads.
