Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told France 24 TV that the fate of the Russian base in the country is currently not on the agenda.
He also noted that “the Collective Security Treaty has not fulfilled its objectives as far as Armenia is concerned,” and the country’s participation in it has been frozen.
“The (Russian) base is not under discussion at the moment,” Pashinyan said, adding that the base does not function within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty.
