Armenia has not paid its membership fee to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in 2024 because its participation was frozen, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan told parliament on Thursday while presenting the annual report on the execution of the state budget for 2024.

Speaking about the potential dissolution of the OSCE, Mirzoyan said that it is one of the preconditions for signing a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“There are certain preconditions. One of the topics is the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, which is acceptable to us. Indeed, when there is a signed document, the conflict will end. Logically, there will be no need to have any institution related to this conflict,” he said.
