Armenia has right to sue Azerbaijan for genocide against Artsakh Armenians

As reported by the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), Armenia has the right to institute proceedings against Azerbaijan for the crime of genocide against the Armenians of Artsakh.

“In accordance with Articles 36 (1) and 40 of the Statute of the International Court of Justice and Article 38 of the Rules of Court, Armenia has the right to institute proceedings against Azerbaijan for the crime of genocide against the Armenians of Artsakh,” ANCA said on X.
