Armenia prepares amendment to its interstate complaint against Azerbaijan in ECHR

Armenia is preparing an amendment to its fourth interstate complaint filed against Azerbaijan in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Hasmik Samvelyan, the spokesperson of the Office of the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters, told Armenpress.

The amendment concerns the issue of restoring the right to property of the people of Artsakh.

According to Samvelyan, the complaint will be filed in the coming months.
