Armenia to receive $250 million loan from Asian Development Bank for housing programs for Artsakh people

Armenia will receive a $250 million loan from the Asian Development Bank to support housing programs for Artsakh Armenians. The corresponding draft agreement has been approved by the Armenian government.

The loan term is set at 27 years. Additionally, a grant of $16.5 million will be provided. As part of the state programs, approximately 3,100 Artsakh families have already received certificates for homes and apartments, of which 1,140 have already used them.
