Armenia-Turkey special envoys meeting is already on Turkish side of border

The meeting of special representatives for Armenia-Turkey normalization, Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç, is already taking place on the Turkish side of the border, Sputnik Armenia reports.

It is noted that before the meeting, Rubinyan and Kılıç toured the renovated Margara checkpoint.
