Armenian armwrestlers win gold at World Championship in Bulgaria

Armenian armwrestlers claimed gold medals at the World Championship held in Bulgaria from September 11 to 14.
In the super heavyweight category, Gegham Khachatryan defeated Turkey’s Yildirim Teoman. Mariam Sargsyan also secured a gold medal over her Turkish opponent.
The competition brought together more than 1,500 athletes from 57 countries around the world.
