Armenian boxers claim 1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze at Dracula Open in Romania

Armenian boxers claimed 1 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal at the 2024 Dracula Open Youth and Junior Tournament in Romania, the Armenian Boxing Federation reported.

European Youth Champion Davit Simonyan (92 kg) defeated the representative of Greece to secure the top spot.

Argishti Hakobyan (67 kg) and Norayr Hakobyan (86 kg) won silver medals, while super heavyweight boxer Misak Tepanyan took bronze.

The Armenian youth boxing team went to the competition at the initiative of the Federation’s President, Hovhannes Hovsepyan.
