Armenian boxers show successful results at international tournament

Armenian boxers showed successful results at the international tournament named after Giorgi Kandelaki held in Gori, Georgia. Rudolf Garboyan (51 kg), Artur Sahakyan (60 kg), Narek Zakharyan (71 kg), and Aghvan Aleksanyan (80 kg) became gold medalists.

Hovhannes Harutyunyan (48 kg), Ruslan Aslikyan (57 kg), Ares Hakobyan (67 kg), and Garik Antanosyan (75 kg) earned silver medals, while Aren Aslamazyan (51 kg), Yura Bablumyan (63.5 kg), and Henrik Tshghrikyan (+92 kg) took bronze.

This was the final test of Armenian boxers before the European U22 Championship, which will kick off on October 8 in Bulgaria.
