Armenian composers’ works to be performed in Italy

On May 30 and 31, virtuoso duduk player Artak Asatryan and the Sicilian Symphony Orchestra, led by Armenian conductor Karen Durgaryan, will take the stage of the famous Politeama Garibaldi Theater in Palermo.

The concert program includes Alexander Arutiunian’s Festive Overture, Grigor Arakelian’s Suite for Duduk and Orchestra, and Aram Khachaturian’s Symphony No. 2 in E minor (The Bell Symphony).
