An exhibition entitled “Blossoming Pomegranate from the Land of Noah” was opened in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China, with 94 unique exhibits from the collection of the Yerevan History Museum being displayed.
The collection includes 18th- and 20th-century traditional dresses, carpets, silver jewelry, embroidery, and tableware.
The exhibition was organized in accordance with the cooperation agreement signed between the Armenian-Chinese Partnership Center, the Yerevan History Museum, and the Xi’an Museum of the People’s Republic of China.
Since the opening day, the number of attendees has exceeded 10,000.
Following the opening ceremony, the deputy head of the Yerevan History Museum gave a two-hour lecture on the history and culture of Armenia and its capital.
