Armenian dishes presented at ‘Tastes of Armenia’ event in Buenos Aires

The Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) hosted an event entitled “Tastes of Armenia” in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on August 1, with guests having the opportunity to taste Armenian dishes made by the union’s women’s committee.

As AGBU reported, the event was attended by US Ambassador Marc Stanley, Armenian Ambassador Hovhannes Virabyan, Minister of Economic Development Roberto García Moritán, Violeta Arakelian, responsible for political and cultural affairs of the Armenian Embassy, Archimandrite Arén Shaheenian, Locum Tenens of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Argentina and Chile Archbishop Kissag Mouradian, AGBU President Antonio Sarafian, AGBU Honorary President Rubén Kechichian, President of the Women’s Committee Cecilia Djeordjian, as well as famous model Carolina “Pampita” Ardohain.
