Armenian Genocide commemorative event held in France’s Arnouville

An event honoring the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide was held on April 28 in Arnouville, France.

A memorial prayer was served in the courtyard of Varaga Surb Khach Armenian Apostolic Church, followed by a march to the khachkar commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocide, erected in one of the busiest parts of the town.

Mayor of Arnouville Pascal Doll, employees of the Armenian Embassy in France, and members of the local Armenian and Assyrian communities laid wreaths at the memorial.
