GM Robert Hovhannisyan qualified for the World Cup following the results of the 2024 European Chess Championship in Petrovac, Montenegro, the Armenian Chess Federation reports.

Hovhannisyan showed the best result among Armenian chess players, securing bronze with 8/11 points.
